SILICONE SPRAY is a universal silicon-based dry lubricant with many uses.
SILICONE SPRAY lubricates, reduces friction, neutralises static electricity and preserves without leaving a residue.

SILICONE SPRAY is not sticky; this prevents the caking of dust and dirt.
SILICONE SPRAY provides a good cover-layer and a long life-time (depending on the load), and therefore is economical in use.

Materials on which SILICONE SPRAY is applied will not be attacked. SILICONE SPRAY is stable from -20oC to +240oC, and not harmful.

WOOD INDUSTRY

• As a sliding agent for wood processing machines, also prevents corrosion.
• As a lubricant for spindles and guideposts.
• On sanding belts and discs, prevents the fast silt up of the belt or the disc. Lifetime of the sanding materials will be increased by 20 to 50%.

PRINT SHOPS, PAPER MILLS AND TEXTILE INDUSTRY

• To a neutralise static electricity on cylinders, knives etc.
• As a sliding agent for cutting tables, conductors, sliding benches etc.
• As a lubricant for moving parts on places where oil cannot be used.
• As a lubricant for rails on which clothing is transported.

FOOD INDUSTRY

• On seal-machines to prevent residues sticking to the seal beam.
• To prevent drying out, sticking, breaking etc. of rubber-rings on autoclaves.
• As a sliding agent and lubricant for belt conveyors, sliding benches, rails, packing tables labelling and packing machines etc.
• To neutralise static electricity in suction pipes.

HEALTH & HOME

• As a sliding agent and lubricant for wheels of food trolleys and the like, wheelchairs, beds, shower lifts, drawers, curtain rails, hinges and locks, guide posts, zip fasteners, (after washing or dry cleaning), rolling shutters etc.

PLASTICS INDUSTRY

• As a release agent in moulds.
• As a sliding agent and lubricant for several machines, conductors, sliding benches etc.

LAUNDRIES

• To prevent rubber of washing machines from drying out.
• As a sliding agent and lubricant on rails, sliding benches etc.

Directions

Apply SILICONE SPRAY by aerosol (shake well before use) or Power-Pistol from a distance of approx. 25 cm. on a clean, dry surface.
Avoid excessive use.
If too much SILICONE SPRAY is applied, wipe it off with a clean, dry cloth.
For application in locks etc. SILICONE SPRAY aerosol can be supplied with a special extension piece.

Attention

• In case it is not possible to use silicones, for example when the surface has to be painted or lacquered afterwards, we recommend R 139 silicon free.
• Do not use SILICONE SPRAY in blade-irrigation-pumps. For this we recommend R 139.
