ROLISEIZEis a venerable anti-seize lubricant composed out of venerable cutting and lubricating oils to which a very fine metal dispersion is added.
ROLISEIZE is resistant against high pressure, humidity, salt and fresh water, temperatures till 1000° C. and has very high adhesives.

Because of its special composition ROLISEIZE prevents, rusting, sticking, or seizing caused by friction, deformation, corrosion, scrapping, melting and heat corrosion. ROLISEIZE spreads out evenly over all metal surfaces, it moistens the surface and has a very good adhesives.

The very fine metal dispersion that is added to the product provides all screw thread and other metal-parts with a protective film, by which bolts and nuts can be tightened steadier without the danger that they will corrode or melt with other metal parts.

The lasting protection film of ROLISEIZE does not evaporate and the anti-seize composition takes care that everything can be disassembled easily, even then if it has been in operation during months at high temperatures and corrosion causing circumstances. Also already seized joints can be loosened with ROLISEIZE. There is no need to use a cutting-disc or cutting torch, which can damage other parts also.

ROLISEIZE is a safe product that does not contain lead or other heavy metals. ROLISEIZE can be applied for the lubrication of: bearings, chains, bolts and nuts, valves, U-bolts, wheel-nuts, knuckle arm bolts, fire-guard equipment, brake anchoring bolts, couplings, bolts of moulds, exhaust manifolds, butterfly nuts, packing, hinges, conveyor belts, vibrating plate bearing, p.v.c. moulding (extrusion heads) and screw-pile jetties.

Directions

Surfaces to be treated have to be free from dust, oil and grease for an optimum result. Shake well before use. Spray from a distance of approx. 20-25 cm.
Spray surface to be treated evenly, leave it to activate/dry for a little while and assemble or disassemble the treated part with the appropriate tool.
